WHO We ARE

Encore Inspections & Solutions is a family owned and operated business, founded in 2011 by Gale Flowers. After doing much research in the field of Home Inspection and developing a love for the trade, Gale decided to start his own company titled: "Encore Progressive Inspections & Consultants LLC." Gale’s primary burden was to bring excellent service, personal care, above-reproach integrity and reputable professionalism into a field of business often riddled with fine print, confusion and stress.

In 2018, Gales son Jeremiah joined Encore to become the lead home inspector. Since then, Gale and Jeremiah have worked together to serve Columbus, Ohio and its surrounding cities by providing unparalleled Home Inspections and related services to those who are purchasing a home or are in other real estate related transactions.

WELL, in 2023, the team brought on family friend Michael Boyd — a leader of a major business bank with over a decade of banking experience. Michael has decided to invest into Encore in order to launch the company into new and expanded services. These new services go beyond JUST the area of real estate transaction and into the lives of any and every individual with a desire for secure investment, safe living space and sound knowledge of their property or home. With this new venture, we found it appropriate to update the company name to Encore Inspections & Solutions.
